Quality is stitched into everything we make at The Stitch Society but if you are not fully satisfied with any of our products at the time that you receive it, we would rather you return it to us for a repair, replacement or refund*.

*Please note that where we have worked with you to design a Custom made orders (including embroideries) these are not returnable.

We are immensely proud of all our aprons and all come with THE STITCH SOCIETY* 10 year (yes, 10 year) guarantee and we promise we will repair anything that appears to have failed under normal use such as weak stitching or broken hardware completely free of charge, no cost, nothing.

However, we will question the repair should the damage have been caused for example by a broken pen, an oil slick, over enthusiastic use of paint, or through boil washing your wool apron.

Take care as our high quality fabrics will perform well if treated well.
