We are delighted that the Heart Gallery in Hebden Bridge have been stocking our new line of gift sets this Christmas. For those fans of our aprons, the gift sets are a perfect way to share The Stitch Society with friends and family for Christmas. The Heart Gallery have a fantastic range of our sets for Gardeners and Cooks.

ALISON AT HEART GALLERYThe Heart Gallery has always been a favourite with The Stitch Society; created and curated by Alison Bartram, it’s a warm and inviting independent contemporary gallery in the heart of Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire.

Nestled beneath rolling hills and breathtaking landscapes, Heart Gallery is a gem occupying part of a former Baptist Chapel in its own grounds, which first flung open its big black doors in 2006 and is now a premier destination in the picturesque town of Hebden Bridge for those seeking affordable contemporary art, timeless jewellery and engaging craft.

They showcase the wealth of local talent, working with both established artists and those just graduating, selling the very best of British and are passionate about working alongside some of the best designer/makers the UK has to offer.

We particularly appreciate that they encourage people to shop small and shop independent and spread the joy of beautiful, handmade products, spending a lot of time carefully sourcing and selecting the right work for the gallery, with each artist chosen for their style and craftsmanship.

Taking pride in their excellent, old-fashioned customer service, their knowledgeable staff can speak with you about all the artists they represent and the products they sell.

TSS at The Heart GalleryIf you are looking for a little piece of The Stitch Society and can’t get to any of the shows we are doing, the Heart Gallery is the perfect place to do some fabulous Christmas shopping in a gorgeous setting with fabulously curated gifts.
